From selling sunrooms to building them
I started out selling sunrooms. After a few years of describing rooms other people built, I wanted to be the one building them, so I learned the work on crews and opened this business in Woodcrest in 2013. Most people who call us here and in the cities around Riverside want more use out of their patio or yard and aren't sure which kind of room fits.
My years in sales stuck with me, mostly as a warning. I know how easy it is to talk someone into the biggest room on the page, and I'd much rather you end up with a room you'll actually sit in. Everything we build, from screen rooms to four season sunrooms, is on our home page, and I'm happy to talk through any of it.
What working with us is like
Questions before any pitch
Before I suggest a room, I'll ask how you plan to use the space, what time of day you'd be out there and what bothers you about it now. If a screen room or a patio cover does the job, that's what I'll point you to, even when a bigger room is an option.
The same person from estimate to build
I come out to look at the job and give the estimate myself, and our own licensed and insured crew does the building, so what we agreed on in your yard is what gets built. When a job needs a permit, we handle the application with the county or city office for your address and get the work ready for each inspection, and since Woodcrest is unincorporated, here that office is Riverside County.
Awkward spots get a real plan
An odd roofline, a sloped deck or a tight side yard is the kind of job we're known for, and I'd rather sort out the tricky part on paper than find it halfway through the build. You'll get the options laid out in plain words instead of a polite pass.
