Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of the Brightview Woodcrest Sunrooms & Patios website and how we handle estimates, scheduling and payment when you work with us. By using this site or asking us for an estimate, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site, and call us so we can answer your questions directly.
When we take on a job, we give you a written contract for that project. If anything in the contract differs from these terms, the contract controls for that job.
What we do
We're a sunroom contractor in Woodcrest, CA. We design and build sunroom additions, patio enclosures, screen rooms, patio covers and related work for homes in Woodcrest and the cities around it. You can see the full list of what we build on our home page.
The descriptions, photos and examples on this site show the kind of work we do. They aren't an offer to build any particular room at any particular price. What we'll build for you, and how, is set in your written estimate and contract.
Estimates and pricing
We give free estimates at your property, with no pressure and no obligation to hire us. An estimate is based on what we can see and measure on the day we visit, along with the room size, materials and options you choose.
The price can change if we find something we couldn't see before work started, such as damaged framing, a slab that won't carry the load, or wiring that has to be brought up to code. It can also change if the permit office or an inspector requires changes, or if you change the design. We'll tell you before we do extra work and get your approval in writing.
An estimate is good for the period written on it. After that, we may need to update it because material prices and our schedule change.
Scheduling and cancellation
We'll give you a target start date and an expected length for the job once the contract is signed. Those dates can move because of weather, permit and inspection timing, material deliveries, or conditions we find once the work is open. We'll keep you posted when something shifts.
If you need to reschedule a visit or a start date, call us as early as you can so we can give the slot to another homeowner. Cancelling a signed contract follows what the contract says, and any cancellation rights California law gives you still apply.
Payment terms
Your contract sets out what you owe, when each payment is due and the ways you can pay. Payments are usually tied to stages of the work, so you're paying for progress you can see.
If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's made, as the contract allows. Materials and work stay subject to the payment terms in your contract until they're paid for.
Warranties
Any warranty on our workmanship is the one written in your contract. Windows, glass, roofing panels, vinyl and other products carry their makers' warranties, and we'll pass those along to you. A maker's warranty usually depends on the product being used and cared for the way the maker says, so keep the papers we give you.
This website and the general information on it are provided as they are. We try to keep it accurate, but we don't promise that every page is complete, current or free of errors, and it isn't a substitute for advice about your own house.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Brightview Woodcrest Sunrooms & Patios isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website, such as lost data or lost time. Our responsibility for a project is set by your contract and by California law.
Nothing in these terms takes away any right that California law doesn't let a contractor limit. We're licensed and insured, and those protections stay in place on every job.
If we disagree about something
If you're unhappy with something, call us first at (951) 386-3407 or reach us through our contact page. Most problems get sorted out faster with a conversation and a visit to the house than with anything formal, and that's where we want to start.
If we can't settle it that way, either of us may take the matter to the state or county courts serving Riverside County, California, unless your contract sets a different process.
Which law applies
These terms, and any dispute about them or this website, are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our business or the law changes. The version posted on this page is the one in effect, and a change doesn't alter a contract you've already signed with us.
These terms were last updated in October 2026.
